Data Deletion Instructions

You have the right to request deletion of all data associated with your Wouchh account at any time. Below are all available methods. Regardless of which method you choose, deletion is completed within 30 days and you will receive confirmation.

Option 1 — Revoke from TikTok

1. Open TikTok → Settings and privacy.
2. Go to Manage account → Third-party apps.
3. Find Wouchh and tap Remove.

TikTok will notify us via a deauthorization callback (authorization.removed webhook). Upon receiving this notification, we will automatically delete your stored tokens, cached account data, video metadata, comment data, mention data, and DM conversation history within 30 days.

Option 2 — Revoke from Facebook

1. Open Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Go to Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations).
3. Find Wouchh under Active.
4. Click Remove and check the box to delete any data Wouchh has about you.

Facebook will notify us via a deauthorize callback. Upon receiving this notification, we will automatically delete your stored tokens, cached Page data, Instagram metadata, and all related records within 30 days.

Option 3 — Email Request

Send an email to support@wouchh.com from an email address you can verify is associated with your account. Include:

• Subject line: "Delete my data"
• Your TikTok username and/or Facebook user ID (if known)
• Any additional information that helps us identify your account

We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete.

Option 4 — From the Dashboard

Log in to Wouchh, go to Settings, and click "Disconnect all & delete my data". This will:

1. Immediately revoke all active platform tokens
2. Prevent any further API calls on your behalf
3. Schedule complete data deletion (completed within 30 days)
4. Log you out of the Service

A confirmation notification will appear in your dashboard before logging out. If you provided an email, you will also receive email confirmation once deletion is fully processed.

What We Delete

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we delete all of the following data associated with your account:

• Access tokens and refresh tokens for all connected platforms
• Cached account profiles and business metadata
• Cached Page, Instagram account, and TikTok business profile data
• Video metadata, thumbnails, and engagement metrics
• Comment data (text, commenter information, reply history)
• Brand mention and tag records
• Direct message conversation data stored by Wouchh
• Creator analytics and audience demographic data
• Scheduled posts and content drafts you created
• Server request logs linked to your account

What We Retain

• Aggregated, de-identified statistics — usage metrics that cannot be used to re-identify you (e.g., total API calls per day) may be retained for Service improvement.
• Content on social platforms — content you published to TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram through the Service remains on those platforms and is managed by the respective platform provider. Wouchh does not have the ability to delete content from your social media accounts.
• Legal obligations — if we are required by law to retain certain records (e.g., for tax, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance), we will retain only the minimum data necessary and only for the legally required period.

Verification

To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing a deletion request submitted via email. Verification methods include:

• Confirming account details that match our records
• Verifying ownership of the email address associated with your account
• In rare cases, requesting additional documentation
